Diets DON’T Work but Poga Moonga Diet Plan Does!

Diets don't work we all know this. Sure you can loose weight with many of the "diets" out there today but at what cost? I know a few people who were on one of those diets where they send you all their pre-made food and they lost weight but they also ended up with health problems worse than being overweight. My sister was on one for 5 months and did great and lost 23 lbs but ended up in the hospital. The reason these diets don't work is they don't supply your body with the right nutrition your body needs while you’re on their diet. So what’s the answer? How about a diet without dieting? First we must agree you must eat well which just means not to eat a balanced diet. Not too much of anything and less snack stuff. More vegetables, fruit and less red meat would be a good normal diet.
Then there must be some kind of exercise, if it's only a 1/2 walk every evening, that's fine. So we agree you must eat sensibly and get some exercise. The problem with most people is their lifestyle. Your stressful job, the long hours, the house, the kids. There's just so much going on it feels like there’s not enough time in the day. It's hard to always prepare the "sensible" meals, so you stop and pick up food or call for take out. You don't get to that walk every night because you’re so tired and feel run down, you just don't have the energy. So you gain some weight and end up going on these diets that don't work. Now your losing weight but you don't feel any better, you still feel stressed out and run down maybe even more than you did before the diet.
